About Links Property Finance

I'm Charles Touma, a mortgage broker based in Enfield in Sydney's Inner West. I started Links Property Finance after years in property and finance, because I kept meeting first home buyers who were getting rushed, generic advice. I handle every file myself, from the first call to settlement, and compare more than 70 lenders through Connective. I charge no broker fee on most loans, as the lender pays a commission disclosed to you in writing before you apply. My first job in property was at an Inner West real estate agency, and I still aim to explain the numbers plainly and stay with you after settlement.
